  • Managed the digital project portfolio for Weight Watchers’ B2B Health Care Solutions teams (sales, marketing, customer care and operations). Oversaw full SDLC for new B2B services, products and PR promotions across various technology platforms aimed at improving improve customer experience and increasing corporate engagement. Created pitch decks and presented project strategies to executive leadership team. Developed KPIs and dashboards for monitoring team performance.
  • Oversaw program managment and operational change approach for new digital offerings for B2B sales channel. Responsibilities included developing training and organizational roll-out strategies for project. Worked with finance and operations team on strategy for new flexible pricing model for clients.
  • Ran process improvement and software upgrade project for B2B product sales and CRM platforms. New platform used by 100+ sales and customer service reps, and is projected to boost B2B sales in excess of $5M+ annually, and improve overall B2B customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Led $1M+ PR digital project aimed at providing Weight Watchers’ services and products to low-income residents across 3 selected pilot cities via a promotional grant. Worked with PR and technology teams to outline implementation strategy. Created change management and rollout plan for field team.
